Capturing the Spirit of the Place

The site visit is a moment of active observation, of listening to the place. We analyze the light, the topography, the prevailing winds, the horizon, the sounds, the atmospheres, the texture of the soils, the presence of built or natural elements to enhance or mitigate.

We also study the existing uses and the possible interactions between the inside and the outside.

Our goal: to capture the potential of the place, what it is already telling, what it can host without altering it. It is a sensitive and technical step that sustainably guides the accuracy of the upcoming project.
